Airline environmental concerns have been more prominent in previous years, and several airline companies have taken the initiative to show their "green" characteristics. Increasing attention has been paid to the environmental impact of air travel by world governments and environmental agencies, and major airlines have begun to react to this growing knowledge. The goal of this study is to learn more about how people who go on trips by passenger airlines think about airlines' environmental marketing strategies. Additionally, Airlines need to know how their passengers perceive about these activities in order to better plan their ecological marketing campaigns. There are just a few studies on how passengers feel about ecological airlines. As a result, the research investigated passengers' overall environmental knowledge and attitudes toward green airlines. Numbers of airline passengers were questioned randomly for the study. Attitudes towards airlines, as well as steps airlines may take to enhance their performance on the environment constitute the subject of this research. About half of those asked were able to tell which airlines were more environment friendly than others when given a set of possible options. According to the findings, low-cost carriers are not seen to be more or less ecological beneficial than full service network carriers. The environmental perceptions of passengers on other airlines, on the other hand, do vary.</p> Shajee-ul Hassan, Maha Nadeem, Minal Copyright (c) 2022 Shajee-ul Hassan, Maha Nadeem, Minal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://rc.dasceurope.com/index.php/DASC-RC/article/view/4 Wed, 09 Mar 2022 00:00:00 +0000 The Congestion Management, A Mechanism To Relief Demand https://rc.dasceurope.com/index.php/DASC-RC/article/view/11 <p>Long hours induce traffic congestion at many big airports, causing delays in the morning, afternoon, and nighttime. When Global corresponding flight are involved, delays during the morning rush hour might have a detrimental impact, resulting in additional delays of a day or more. Because of poor management or bugs in system management, airport terminals are blocked, which means that one aeroplane postpones use of the terminal and denies use of the terminal to another aeroplane in that allotment of time. This results in a significant financial loss to the airline as well as a significant loss of time. The vector's tiny pulses are normally correct, and the plane is likely to improve as a result of them. The cost of postponement must be weighed against the value of the small flight as well as the cost of deferred relief. Installing new infrastructure on the terminal and designing a research-based design while monitoring flight for casting and data analytics was the solution. Also, obtaining new terminal management plans from research businesses that specialise in terminal management and operation strategies using cutting-edge-technology.<br /><br /></p> Muhammad Shahzeb, Shaigan Umer Minhas, Sherdill Rehman, Malik Javaid Copyright (c) 2022 Muhammad Shahzeb, Shaigan Umer Minhas, Sherdill Rehman, Malik Javaid https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://rc.dasceurope.com/index.php/DASC-RC/article/view/11 Tue, 14 Jun 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Effects of Covid-19 on Food Supply Chain https://rc.dasceurope.com/index.php/DASC-RC/article/view/2 <p>A serious COVID-19 viral epidemic has created a new age on the globe, while we sort out the consequences in all aspects of our daily lives. There is no exception in the food sector and food supply chain. Considering the food supply chain, commercial activities and the supply of various food products have been halted due to a reduction in demand, the closure of food manufacturing facilities, and financial constraints<strong>. &nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Due to Given current issues in the food supply chain, there is growing worry regarding food production, processing, distribution, and demand. COVID-19 caused labour movement limitations, changes in consumer demand, the closure of food manufacturing facilities, restricted food trade laws, and financial constraints in the food supply chain. As a result, governments should make it easier for labour and agricultural products to transfer. Furthermore, small farmers and vulnerable people should be financially supported. By changing safety measures, facilities can improve working conditions while also protecting employees' health and safety. To avoid an increase in food prices, food protectionist policies should be avoided. To summarise, each country must recognise the gravity of the situation and, depending on the development of the pandemic, either tighten or ease its controls. To be able to respond quickly when existing sources are affected, the food supply chain relies on an open and predictable international trading environment. There have been other actions taken by policymakers to guarantee that food supply systems continue to function, including avoiding some of the mistakes made during the food price crisis of 2007-8.</p> <p>As of this writing, we know how much stress COVID-19 has put on the food supply chain, how these supply systems have responded and how resilient they have remained, and where the remaining bottlenecks are. Copies of the COVID-19 report, as well as this follow-up comment, are available (29 April 2020). Focus here is on food availability and access to food, not on the livelihoods of farmers and other supply chain actors or the environmental or health consequences.... Because of the lack of information on the effects of COVID-19 on developing nations, this note concentrates on OECD countries. Food supply chains in underdeveloped nations are more likely to be affected by the lack of health care, the prevalence of informal work, the lack of efficient logistics channels, and the more labor-intensive nature of farming.</p> Usman Muhammad, Qasim Muhammad, Munaim Abdul, Hamid Arshad Copyright (c) 2022 Usman Muhammad, Qasim Muhammad, Munaim Abdul, Hamid Arshad https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://rc.dasceurope.com/index.php/DASC-RC/article/view/2 Tue, 22 Feb 2022 00:00:00 +0000 The Factors affecting Safety Management of Aviation: A study of Pilot experience and Leadership style on safety Management of Aviation https://rc.dasceurope.com/index.php/DASC-RC/article/view/9 <p>The study was performed to understand the nature and purpose of factors affecting the safety and security of the aviation industry and how strategic management systems affect the safety of airports and their importance in the current Aviation industry. In the research, high significance is given to safety policies and the role which they play in keeping the airports and airlines safe by providing safety barriers.</p> <p>In this study, for the research philosophy, we have incorporated Positivism in our research. The airline industry, already fiercely competitive, has become much more so with the emergence of low-cost carriers that provide lower prices but lower quality service (LCCs). Academics and marketers have a dilemma in determining the quality of a service. This problem has been addressed with the creation of the satisfaction scale. Ideally, we'd want to find out which of these aspects has the largest influence on customer satisfaction when it comes to the relationship between it and the qualities of the service provided. This is followed by an investigation of the discrepancies in how passengers view the quality of airline customer care.&nbsp;</p> <p>Literature research findings on customer happiness and service quality, as well as differences in airline types are analyzed. The study's hypotheses were based on these foundations.&nbsp;</p> <p>Only a handful of the customer satisfaction metrics are reliable, so we looked at the others separately. Customer satisfaction has a huge impact on the airline industry's service quality, with the quality of the crew having the most critical effect. Low-cost airlines and full-service airlines have vastly different perspectives of what constitutes high-quality service&nbsp;</p> Ahtisham Yaseen, Farhana Yaseen, Hajra Noor, Hassan Raza, Imran Yousaf, Hussnain Shehzad, Jhangir Toor Copyright (c) 2022 Ahtisham Yaseen, Farhana Yaseen, Hajra Noor, Hassan Raza, Imran Yousaf, Hussnain Shehzad, Jhangir Toor https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://rc.dasceurope.com/index.php/DASC-RC/article/view/5 Wed, 09 Mar 2022 00:00:00 +0000 The Role of Aviation Industry in the Destruction of Environment https://rc.dasceurope.com/index.php/DASC-RC/article/view/12 <p>As we know that there are more than 10000 airports assist the 15001 flights in all over the world. These flights cover the distance of approximately 15M kilometers. About 2.2×109 passengers use that source of transportation in order to get rid from heavy traffic and to save the time. As well as goods also transported through the air system. Aviation industry provides career opportunities to about 32millions in all over the world, it significantly contributes in the economy of the world. But there are many issues arising regarding to the increased trend of airline application. In that time of advance technology aviation industry have to face many challenges due to the increasing level of CO2 in the air which leads to global warming, also causes the destruction of natural habitats of living organisms hence increased possibility of endangered species especially that are living in open places. More and more airports are established on the increasing demand of people for air transportation. During the process of construction of an airports many things disturb like a piece of land comprises of many acres. With the increase in the population no. need for houses is also increasing. Now there are two challenges. Make arrangements for the survival of population like more houses, factories and industries. With the increase in population growth global warming and pollution also increases. Establishment of new airport in order to facilitate the people with comfortable transportation demands many acres of land as the result in order to meet the demand of land agricultural land is converting into other forms it also disturbs the life. A single air craft produces many tons of carbon dioxide, CO2 is the main source of global warming as it forms a layer around the earth crust as the result waves of longer wavelengths could not cross the barrier of CO2 and meanwhile they come back to earth surface and results in the heating up of earth.</p> Fajar Shakeel, Ishraq Shakeel, Tajamul Iqbal, Malik Javied Copyright (c) 2022 Fajar Shakeel, Ishraq Shakeel, Tajamul Iqbal, Malik Javied https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://rc.dasceurope.com/index.php/DASC-RC/article/view/12 Tue, 14 Jun 2022 00:00:00 +0000 The Impact of Innovation & Infrastructure of Green Airports Toward Airlines and Passengers https://rc.dasceurope.com/index.php/DASC-RC/article/view/3 <p>In this paper, we have analyzed the response of airlines and passengers by changing airport infrastructure and providing innovations.
